How much has the industry changed since then when it comes to the aviation management tools? **Richard Lawson:** It used to be a lot more difficult! Everything was done manually and all handling requests were processed individually with no control of Flight Time Limitations (FTLs.). With the introduction of Leon, we now have a one stop shop that does everything in house from quoting, operational and importing and it’s well received by the authorities.
