With a revamped Sales module we are bringing you a complete toolset for fast and efficient quotation management. [](#content-subpage) ## FLIGHT QUOTING SOFTWARE ### Sales module - create new quotes using either ‘Price margin’ or ‘Costs & margin’ method - benefit from multiple marketplace integrations including Avinode - see all requests and quotes in a single place - filter the list of quotes with ease - easily identify the time frame to the start of a flight using underlining feature (less than 24/72 hrs, more than 72 hrs) - preview selected airports in ‘Airport Directory’ - send a message to the client directly from the ‘Messages’ section of ‘Sales’ module. It is possible to sent / reply to messages originating from Avinode - add internal message to keep sales team in the loop at every stage of the sales process - share the trip details via e-mail using links - manage quotes / bookings using sales checklists. Add additional checklist items if needed - assign passengers to the flight by either scanning their travel documents or by choosing them form the Phonebook - create custom sales documents & e-mail templates - create custom airport & aircraft fees - add a notes for own fleet trips as well as on sub charters.
