**We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via Customer Portal**

**OPS**

- TABLE CALENDAR - PAX tooltip will show additional information on passengers. The info will include expiry date of travel documents, PAX weight, vaccination card notes, PAX likes and dislikes notes
- GENERAL SETTINGS - Documents Tab - it will now be possible to specify if GenDec documents should be sent to crew and/or handling agents, and assign default ADEP and ADES document templates
- TIMELINE - the left panel filter will be moved to the top section of the view
- CHECKLIST - when hovering the cursor over some of the checklist items additional information will be displayed
- HR - max seat capacity will be displayed on handling requests. Information will be taken from the aircraft profile page

**CREW**

- CALENDAR - view rendering optimization will improve the speed performance on older devices

**SALES**

- CONTACT PROFILE - option to assign PAX Personal Assistant will be added to the PAX profile page. More information [**here**](https://wiki.leonsoftware.com/updates/new-phonebook-possibility-to-assign-personal-assistant-to-clients-contact-page)
- PAX - possibility of exporting PAX list to excel file will be added
- REQUESTS/QUOTES - new date filter will be added to the main R/Q view
- REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to search R/Q by PAX name
- FEES - Fuel Surcharge fee will be added to airport fees. The calculation will be based on the total number of block hours or flight hours

**NEW PHONEBOOK**

- It will be possible to access the phonebook from the main menu
- The Debitor Number field will be added to the client's profile page. From the Document Manager section, it will also be possible to include this information on Invoices
- The old phonebook will be permanently deactivated

**CREW APP**

- Animals assigned to a flight will now show under the PAX tab. The assigned animals will not be included in the boarding feature

**OTHER**
