Leon Software Launches Leon Marketplace, Unlocking a New Era of Connected Charter Sales

Warsaw, Poland – 1 December 2025 – Leon Software,  provider of cloud-based flight management solutions for business aviation, today announced the launch of Leon Marketplace, a new native module that enables operators and brokers to sell and purchase flights directly within the Leon ecosystem.

Leon Software Launches Leon Marketplace, Unlocking a New Era of Connected Charter Sales

Leon Marketplace expands the capabilities of the Leon platform by allowing users to search, offer, and match charter flights and empty legs across a network of Leon clients, without leaving their day-to-day workflow. The new product is fully embedded in Leon’s Sales module and connects seamlessly with existing scheduling and operations processes.

“With Leon Marketplace, we’re turning Leon into a truly connected commercial hub for business aviation,” said Paweł Kruk, CEO at Leon Software. “Our customers already rely on Leon to manage their fleets, crew, sales and operations. Now, they can also discover demand and monetize their capacity in real time, directly from the same system.”

A native B2B marketplace inside Leon

Leon Marketplace allows charter flights to be sold and purchased within Leon between operators and brokers who have activated the module. Users can search for flights and empty legs offered by other Leon clients, respond to requests, and manage quotes in a unified interface integrated with their existing Leon workflows.

Key capabilities include:

  • Direct trading of flights and empty legs between Leon clients

  • Tight integration with the Sales panel, including quote handling and messaging

  • Configurable buyer lists, enabling operators to define which partners can see their offers (ALL / ALLOW / DENY modes)

  • Flexible aircraft selection, with the option to group offers by aircraft type, promoting the type rather than a single tail number

  • Support for including or excluding ferry legs in offers
  • Safe PAX data transfer
  • Search & request tails using Wingman AI chat assistant

  • Internal message copy recipients, ensuring sales teams have full visibility of communication with buyers

“Our goal was to give sales teams a marketplace that feels like a natural extension of Leon, not yet another external platform to log into,” said Paweł Szmagaj, CTO at Leon Software. “If you know Leon Sales, you know Leon Marketplace from day one.”

Benefits for operators and brokers

For operators, Leon Marketplace provides:

  • A new, efficient channel to monetize scheduled flights and empty legs

  • Reduced manual work thanks to automatic quote generation based on aircraft type and availability

  • Better control over who sees their fleet via configurable buyer rules

  • End-to-end traceability of requests, offers, and communication inside Leon

For brokers and buyers, it offers:

  • Direct access to a growing network of Leon operators and their live availability

  • Faster response times driven by automation and integrated workflows

  • More transparent pricing and aircraft options grouped by type

Seamless activation and configuration

Leon Marketplace can be activated directly from the Settings → Add-ons configuration panel in Leon. Once the integration is switched to ON, administrators can define:

  • Which aircraft are visible in the Marketplace

  • Whether unanswered quotes should be automatically rejected

  • Whether ferry legs should be included in offers

  • Buyer lists and message copy recipients

This self-service model allows operators and brokers to go live quickly, without complex implementation projects.
