Leon 142 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

  • CREW QUALIFICATION - a three-dot filter will be added in the Crew Qualification view. In this filter, there will be two options: one to enable or disable the preview of freelancer qualifications, and another to select which columns should be displayed in the view
  • ROSTER CHANGES HISTORY - changes made to Pilot and Planner notes will also be shown in Roster Changes History in the Crew Calendar and Timeline views
  • CREW APP - in General Settings - Mobile Notifications new option called Time Threshold will be added. The option will allow setting the trigger for the push notification. The push notification will be sent a number of hours before the start of a duty, flight, or changes to the reporting times. The format is HH, e.g. 2 for 2h, 12 for 12h, etc.

  • COUNTRY DATABASE - new fields will be added to the Country Database: Validity, Entry point, Exit point, and Supplier. Defining values for these fields in the Country Database will automatically populate them when requesting an Overflight Permit
  • COUNTRY DATABASE - the ability to define an email address per country will be added. This address will be automatically used when requesting an Overflight Permit
  • OPS TIMELINE - the ability to define the operator code displayed in the tiles indicating Aircraft on the left side of the panel will be added. The value will be taken from the aircraft profile - Operator / ICAO code field in General Settings - Fleet
  • COPY TRIP - it will be possible to select the client when copying a trip

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - a Request for Quote will no longer be able to be assigned to a user who belongs to a different sub-operator than the RFQ

  • CHECKLIST CONFIGURATION - two new fields - ADEP/ADES receivers will be added. These fields will allow you to define different email addresses to which templates will be sent based on the specific airport. The messages will be sent as BCC.
  • HOTELS TAB - the ability to add tags to specific hotels will be added. These tags will appear in the dropdown list when adding a hotel to a flight, similar to the current handling tags
  • RESTRICTIONS TAB - the ability to manually add new restrictions, similar to those for Suppliers, will be added

  • IMPORT - the ability to upload flights from Microsoft Excel files will be added to the SCHED view

  • API - in case of unsuccessful delivery of a webhook, the process will be retried every 10 minutes for 24 hours or until successful delivery

Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have also made changes to Leon API which can be reviewed under this changelog link
