Leon 157 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

OPS

CHECKLIST - when sending emails using 'REQUEST' button on checklist items, the 'To', 'CC,' and 'BCC' fields will now offer recipient suggestions based on contacts from your 'PHONEBOOK' as you enter email addresses
FOREFLIGHT INTEGRATION - while sending schedule to ForeFlight alternate airports will also be included, if selected in the 'FLIGHT' tab
SHOW CREW - now, national IDs will also be displayed in the 'SHOW CREW' window when selected as the travel document for the flight
CHECKLIST RESET RULES - new rule 'Cancellation' will be added to reset the checklist status to '?' when the flight status is changed to 'Cancelled' or reverted from 'Cancelled' to any other status
JOURNEY LOG - it will be possible to define mandatory fields that must be completed to close the Journey Log, which will be highlighted by a green dot in the OPS view

CREW

POSITIONING - new 'PNR' and 'Ticket' fields will be added to the 'BASIC' tab of the positioning edit window in the Crew Timeline and Calendar views
SIMULATOR - it will be possible to choose the time zone (UTC, LT, or BT) for which the times are completed in 'Add Simulator' window

SALES

AIRCRAFT FEES - the 'Ferry Flight Fee' will now have the option to also apply a percentage discount after the user-specified amount of ferry flight time
AIRCRAFT FEES - it will be possible now to define custom names for the aircraft fee items
REQUESTS/QUOTES - there will be clearer descriptions of errors if they occur while saving changes to quotes

ADMIN

PRIVILEGES - a new approach to define common privileges for crew members will be introduced. Now it will be possible to specify privilege group for crew members and set their access level in the aircraft tab based on their assignment as 'Preferred Crew' for specific aircraft tails. CREW APP

FLIGHT TAB - a new field 'Block time' will be added
PRIVILEGES - it will be possible to specify whether you want to hide or reveal the client's name in the crew app for a particular group of users by configuring the new privilege 'Crew App - Client' to either 'DENY' or 'VIEW'

SCHED

SSIM IMPORT - a new, clearer method of displaying the schedule will be introduced when importing 'SSIM' files that do not contain 'Onward Flight' information
