Leon 23 released

A new beta version of Leon has just been released. You can check it under beta.leon.aero web address and follow a list of changes below. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to . If beta tests are satisfactory, we are planning to release the stable version in about a week. We appreciate your help in testing the newest version.

  • VOTING PORTAL - you can now vote for the features that you would like to be created in Leon. You can see the list of the features in the Voting Portal located at request.leon.aero. To vote simply send an email titled 'VOTE' to and list the VOT numbers in the content
  • CENTRIK - endorsements from Centrik get imported into Leon. More information here
  • SCHEDULE - a new tab 'ACFT' has been added to the filter. More information here
  • CREW - we have made changes in a section CREW. More information here
  • INTEGRATIONS - GetJet is the new Marketplace added in the 'Integrations' section. More information here
  • REPORTING TIMES - it is possible to add 'Reporting On' after STD and 'Reporting Off' before STA. This is to allow delayed reporting without having to delay the flight schedule
  • CREW PANEL - when adding a new duty you can now assign multiple crew by using 'For crew members' field
  • REPORT WIZARD - we have added new items to the 'Available Fields': Client, Ferry & Approach as well as new filter options: Approach, Day of week, Europe flight traffic, Country, Client, Flight traffic, Ferry, Aircraft Operating Certificate (AOC)
  • DOCUMENTS MANAGER - we have added an options to add 'Notes' from Journey Log to appear on the 'Flight Order' document
  • TRIP - a new button 'SHOW ON MAP' has been added to the tab TRIP of the right filter showing the route
  • CREW MEMBERS - it is no longer possible to add new crew members from a section CREW > Crew Members
  • PAX - a new checkbox 'FERRY' has been added to the PAX tab - it interacts with 'Ferry' checkbox in the flight edition panel
  • PPS - re-sending documents from Leon to PPS will update them on PPS's side
  • ROSTER - it is no longer possible to add a duty to crew without homebase added in the profile
  • ENDORSEMENTS - only expired endorsements will appear in red in Crew > Endorsements section
  • FLEET DOCUMENTS - only expired fleet documents are highlighted in red in a section Maintenance > Fleet Documents section
  • REPORTS - a report 'Personal Flights List' has been renamed to 'Flight by Crew Member'
