Leon 69 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new way of adding requests in Leon has been introduced. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - Leon will automatically recalculate 'Block time' and 'Flight time' when the routing is changed. After amending the 'Block/Flight times' Leon will ask whether to change the 'Departure' time or the 'Arrival time'
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - functionality of automated archiving the requests has been introduced. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to define 'Minimum Ground time value' for 'Catering'. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'FIND SUBCHARTER/COMPARE PRICE' will now allow searching for subcharters in Avinode on the requests added in Leon as well as comparing the subcharter prices between Leon and Avinode
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to search for subcharter aircraft. More information here
  • AIRPORT DIRECTORY - we have added expiry date in the 'Notes' section in Airport Directory. More information here
  • FUEL - new fuel provider 'Weston Aviation Fuel' has been added to 'Fuel prices' section
  • API KEYS - it is now possible to generate the API key with access to selected aircraft
  • HANDLING REQUESTS - 'PAX National ID' details now available in the Handling Request emails
  • REPORT WIZARD - new report 'New Flights Breakdown' is now available. More information here
  • REPORT WIZARD - new report 'Flight Time Calibration' is now available. It can be used to compare real flight times (from Journey Log) and those used when estimating the cost of the trip (in Sales panel)
  • NATIONAL ID - it is now possible to add PAX National ID without an expiry date. If the expiry date is not inserted Leon will assume that the National ID never expires
  • NATIONAL ID - it is now possible to upload a scan of the document in PAX profile
  • FUEL REQUESTS - it is now possible to request fuel from 'Nautilus' and 'Skyservices' in 'FUEL' tab
  • DOCUMENTS MANAGER - 'PAX National ID' are available in the default versions the documents
