Leon 78 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

REQUESTS/QUOTES - function "Recalculate" has been modified. More information here
REQUESTS/QUOTES - Requester's favourite handler now also applies to requests on the subcharters (both Leon and Avinode)
REQUESTS/QUOTES - Owner's Approval option added. More information here
SCHED - possibility to add unconfirmed pairings (Options) has been implemented
PASSPORT - in the passports section it is now possible to insert individual name & surname of the crew member and PAX. This can be used when the name in the passport has a different spelling
PPS - change in the logic of sending the positions to PPS: PIC is sent as CMD and SIC as COP
OPS - it is now possible to set the default 'Cargo weight' unit in Fleet Settings. Default 'Cargo weight' will apply to 'Edit trip' as well as the 'Journey Log' sections
OPS - it is now possible to send OPS documents to the handling agents. More information here
REPORT WIZARD - in a scope 'Trip' it is now possible to filter out trips by selected route
CREW TIMELINE - FDP break applied is now indicated by a yellow rest bar. More information here
MVT MESSAGES - marked Handler checkbox in 'MVT Messages' settings will now send email to the handlers at ADEP and ADES
MVT MESSAGES - new tag 'FLIGHT_TIME' has been added to available tags in 'MVT Messages' templates. 'FLIGHT TIME' is calculated as follows: 1) if landing and take off are inserted then LDG - T/O; 2) if EET is inserted then EET; 3) if only BLOFF and BLON are inserted then ON - OFF - taxi times; 4) planned block time -taxi time
PRIVILEGES - 'Crew App - Simulator' option added. This option, along with 'Crew App - JL', will allow preview Simulator details in the Crew App
AIRPORT DIRECTORY - aircraft types removed from the fleet will not appear in the 'Airport category' list
CREW APP - files uploaded in FLIGHT tab in the OPS section will be available in FLIGHT tab in Crew App
CREW APP - PAX details will not be available on the flights from the day before today
