Leon 91 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new possibility of assigning the passengers to the flight by scanning their passport documents. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - the new label 'Owner' has been added to the RFQ list. A new label will appear in the requester's column only when the request was made from the Owner app. Owner requests can be filtered out in the 'SHOW' filter
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - possibility to update the trip on the 'Avinode' side by using the 'Find subcharter' function. Once the user edits the request by using the 'EDIT REQUEST' option and click on the 'Find subcharter' button, the trip on the 'Avinode' side will be automatically updated
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - calculating flight times by 'Avinode' added. The feature will be available only for Operators who are already integrated with 'Avinode' and for which, the key with proper permission has been activated (direct contact with 'Avinode' needed)
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - a possibility of selecting a method of flight time calculation while adding a new quote manually. Options are available in the new request window

CREW PLANNING

• CREW TIMELINE - inserting the ETD value will adjust the actual position of the flight tail on the 'Crew Timeline'. Additionally, the duty line will be adjusted based on the ETD value.
• CREW TIMELINE - Line Training automatization feature has been added. Enabling the option under the 'User's Edit' configuration (tab 'Other') allows assigning the crew member to the 'Line Training' simultaneously with the flight assignment
• CREW TIMELINE- 'SAFTE FAST' fatigue management is now available to the clients. More information here

REPORT WIZARD

• SCOPE 'CREW ROSTER'- a filtering option 'Show duty requests' has been added to the 'Report Wizard'

OTHER

• PRIVILEGES - a new item 'Crew FTL Calculations' has been added to the 'Privileges' section. Users with this item set to 'Deny' will be able to assign crew members to the flight without viewing/ editing the 'FTL calculations' in a tab 'CREW'.
• OPS PAX - a new PAX list uploader has been added to the 'PAX' tab in the 'OPS' section. In the future, 'PNR GO' will be using the uploaded file to get PAX data from Leon
• ENDORSEMENTS - a new option 'Visa Documents' has been added to the 'Endorsement configuration' section. Now under the 'Mailing rules' tab, there is a possibility to configure the notification for 'VISA Documents' added in the user profile
• OWNER BOARD - a possibility to manage the Owner's Board view for different privileges groups. More information here
• PRIVILEGES- the users without 'Flight Edit' permission won't be able to send to the MVT messages from the 'FW' section in the OPS panel
• PAX TRIPSHEET- document moved to 'Sales' documents section in the OPS panel. Possibility to send the document to the Client's representative. In case the Client's representative is not defined, the document will be sent directly to the Client
• FUEL- a new fuel provider 'G-OPS' added to the 'Fuel prices' section. Option to request the fuel from 'G-OPS' added to the 'FUEL' tab in the 'OPS' section
