Apologies for the recent service disruption

We would like to extend our sincere apologies for the recent service disruption and any inconvenience it may have caused.
On June 7, 2025, between 13:48 and 14:43 UTC, our services experienced instability due to an unexpected overload in one of our internal subsystems. This occurred following a planned maintenance the previous day, during which several internal security enhancements — including TLS in transit on that subsystem — were introduced. While these changes had no immediate effect, they contributed to increased load when combined with higher-than-usual weekend traffic, ultimately resulting in a temporary outage.
All services have since been fully restored and are operating normally. We have increased backend capacity and are enhancing our monitoring and deployment processes to better anticipate and prevent similar issues in the future.
