Leon 131 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SCHED 

  • SSIM/ASM -  the possibility of sending SSIM / ASM to more than one e-mail address, separated by the comas, will be added

SALES

  • AVINODE INTEGRATION -  possibility of linking an account in Leon with multiple accounts in Avinode will be introduced. More information here
  • INVOICE - when issuing an invoice through SALES module, it will be possible to configure which 'Price List' Items (e.g. Catering) should be shown on the invoice as separate positions 
  • FEES IMPORT - an option to import airport fees to the price list from an excel file will be updated. More information here
  • CUSTOMER COMMISSION - in the contact editing window in PHONEBOOK > tab DETAILS, the 'CUSTOMER COMMISSION' subsection will be added. This subsection will consist of 2 fields: 'Price' and 'Currency'. This will allow defining default commission for a particular Client, which will automatically fill in the 3rd Party Commission field in subcharter and cost-based quotes (it will work only if the particular Client is also a quote requester)

CREW

  • REPORTS - a new report will be implemented: 'Duty Account Report' showing the history of changes and the amount of duty accumulated in individual Duty Accounts. The extracted data will be presented in the form of a summary of the crew and their accounts, with information about how much it has changed since the previous day

MX

  • HOLD ITEM LIST - the layout of the HIL editing window will be changed to improve readability and functionality

PHONEBOOK

  • FILTER - a new filtering option by the USER will be available in the category sub-section
  • ADDRESS DETAILS - the possibility to enter State / Province into the contact's address data will be added 

OPS

  • CHECKLIST - a new feature will be implemented, allowing to configure the sending of e-mail templates and documents from any checklist item and change its status to a predefined one. Configuration of this functionality will require contact with the customer support team
