Leon 147 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

OPS

  • CHECKLIST OPS - the Fuel checklist item will have two new fields added: 'Taxi Fuel' and 'Contingency Fuel'. New fields will be also available in the REPORT WIZARD section
  • FLIGHT WATCH - when Eurocontrol sends the SLC message, the CTOT will be automatically removed from the Flight Watch section, and the 'S' icon will be replaced with 'SLC' in the 'FW & JL' column of the OPS Table view
  • PAX FILES INTEGRATION - in addition to passenger details, aircraft registration and crew information will also be sent to the 'Pax Files' for screening against sanction lists

SALES

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - the new 'Belgium Embarkation Tax' will be added to the quotes whenever applies. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - two new US taxes, 'CUF' and 'IUF,' will also be included in the quotes whenever applies. More information here
  • FERRY FLIGHTS - a new view displaying booked ferry flights will be introduced in the sales panel. It will also be possible to specify the price for the leg
  • SUBCHARTERS - the possibility to choose the trip type when booking subcharters will be introduced

CREW

  • CREW CALENDAR - duty managers will have the ability to add a 'Duty Manager Note' for duties; these notes will be exclusively visible to them

CREW APP

  • PAX DETAILS - it will be possible to display passenger travel documents if they are attached to their profile
  • PUSH NOTIFICATIONS - changing pilot notes will not trigger the sending of push notifications

SCHED

  • SCHEDULES - if defined in the 'Airport Directory’, alternate airports will be automatically added when creating new schedules
  • SCHED VIEW - a new aircraft filter will be added, allowing users to filter out the aircraft in the bottom timeline view

OTHER

  • PAX DETAILS - it will be possible to set up automatic deletion of passenger data if they are not assigned to a flight within a defined period of time. More information here
  • LOG IN - it will be possible to enable the option for logging in with Microsoft single sign-on (SSO). More information here

Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have also made changes to Leon API which can be reviewed under this changelog link

Integration between PPS and Leon comes down to feeding schedules as well as some basic data such as: cargo, number of PAX, Sex of PAX from Leon to PPS. The advantage of being integrated is that you do not have to re-enter the schedule in PPS.
