Leon 148 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

ADMIN

• ADMIN PRIVILEGES - From now Admim privileges will be divided to two levels- System Admin and Operational Admin. More information here

OPS

• CHECKLIST CONNFIGURATION - When defining Email Configuration in the Checklist Configuration section, it will be possible to select new default recipients- Lead Pax, Aircraft Owner and All Pax
• COMMANDER'S DISCRETION - it will be possible to apply Commander’s discrection separately for Rest reduction and FDP extension. New checkbox 'Rest reduction allowed by commander’s discretion' will be available in the tab FLIGHT tab in the OPS section. It will allow reducting rest period prior to the duty period, and subject to the 'require_discretion_for_rest_reduction' option being activated in the FTL settings

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - the new 'Portugese Carbon Tax' will be added to the quotes whenever applicable. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - order of Block Time and Flight Time columns in the quote itinerary will be changed to Flight Time and Block Time respectively. Such order is more intuitive and allows speed up times completing process
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - It will be possible to edit TAGS colors in the Sales > Request/Quotes view by clicking on the specific tag color in the “Edit tags” pop-up window
• SETTINGS/SALES MODULE - It will be possible to activate proportional VAT calculation for domestic and international flights within one trip. More information here

CREW

• OML's - OML validation will be added to the CREW TIMELINE view and will generate warning along the same lines as for the existing warnings in the CREW CALENDAR

SCHED

• SCHEDULES - It will be possible to add ALTN2 in the SCHED module while adding new shcedule. Moreover fields ALTN1 and ALTN2 will be filled automatically if they are defined in the Airport Directory as Default ALTN and Defualt ALTN2 for the particular airport

Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have also made changes to Leon API which can be reviewed under this changelog link

The integration allows for transferring schedule from LEON to RocketRoute
