Leon 149 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please let us know via the Customer Portal

SALES

  • SUBCHARTER - the additional 'Safety Ratings' tab will be added to subcharter quote, where Leon will show safety ratings imported from Avinode. Safety ratings will also be available in the Documents Manager

OPS

  • JOURNEY LOG - the following optional items will be added: Likes, Dislikes, Incidents, Special Request, Information for Sales, and Overall Pax Experience. It will be possible to activate them in the Admin > Flight Editing section
  • SCHEDULE - the possibility of synchronizing sending the Schedule via SSM/ASM messages to the Flight Planning software. An additional subsection called 'Flight Planning Software' will be added to the Admin Panel > SSIM/ASM. The configuration works in exactly the same way as PSS and DCS
  • OPS CALENDAR - in the OPS Calendar aircraft column will present where the plane is currently located

ADMIN

  • CHECKLIST CONFIGURATION - it will be possible to select the flight schedule elements that will change the checklist item's status to '?'. More information here

PHONEBOOK

  • It will be possible to delete multiple contacts at once. More information here

CREW

  • CREW TIMELINE - flight times presented in the bottom panel will depend on the 'Revision' filter setting. If the Revision setting, located in the 3-dot filter, is set to 'Plan' the bottom panel will present schedule times, if it is set to 'Actual' - Journey Log times if available
  • CREW QUALIFICATIONS - a new filtering option called 'Expiry Status' will be added in the 'CERTIFICATES' subsection. It will contain the following: All, Not expired, Close to expire, expired
  • CREW TIMELINE - 'Add positioning' and 'Add Simulator' options will be added to the dropdown list that is available when right-clicking on a duty in the Crew part of the Crew Timeline

SCHED

  • When creating a new schedule, the ALTN and ALTN2 airports will be added automatically as long as they are set up in the Airport Directory > tab 'General'. The ALTN/ALTN2 fields will be set to 'Auto' when creating a schedule

REPORT WIZARD

  • The 'AOC' column will be added to the scope 'TRIPS', as well as the ability to filter by a given AOC

CREW APP

  • The documents saved (the 'Documents' download button) or printed (document link in the tab 'Flight') will only contain the pilot flights for the selected day

AIRPORT DIRECTORY

  • The available number of characters in the Hotel name in the Airport Directory will be increased from 35 to 255.
  • The full name of the aircraft type will be displayed in the tab 'Category'

Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have also made changes to Leon API which can be reviewed under this changelog link

Once the integration is active, the following data is requested from Leon: Flight Plan, slot, fuel, handling, and permissions. the data is requested for the future 30 days.ATOM is able to send back to Leon the flight data (CTOT, ATA, and ATD) as well as service statuses.
