Leon 204 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

Airport Directory

Added the ability to define airport category variants (subcategories) for every airport and aircraft type

Admin

Added alphabetical sorting of countries in the Insurance view
Enabled SAML login configuration on sandbox environments
ForeFlight changes in the account configuration to allow defining a custom account name for easier identification

Crew App

Added the ability to upload files or take photos in JL while offline

Crew

Crew Timeline- Added validation preventing planning inexperienced crew members on flights
Modified “Do not fly with” validation so that it applies within position groups (cockpit/cabin) and excludes repositioning crew
Added a Base Month field to certificate profiles for certificates using this revalidation method
Added the ability to view crew rating history in the UI

Leon Marketplace

Aircraft already requested via Avinode are now visible when searching flights in Leon Marketplace

Ops

Added a button to approve all messages in the unapproved incoming messages list
Added IATA code display to the “Due Dates” window
Trip type changes now automatically adjust the ICAO aircraft type based on configuration
Added new JL fields such as waste, waste non-EU, laundry note, tankered fuel, hydraulic uplift values, and pre-/post-flight KSS items

Phonebook

Added a “Crew Note” field to PAX characteristics, visible to crew in the Crew App

Reports

Added new scope: Roster Validations (crew scheduling validation reports) which allows users to build automated reports showing validation errors in crew members work schedules. The feature is based on Leon Roster Validations functionality
Added new Refuel EU report. This report makes it easy to check whether, within a calendar year, you have refueled enough fuel at airports covered by the Refuel EU program
Added a Confirmed column to Maintenance scope
Fuel Consumption report- date range is extended maximum to six months
Added IATA code option in CO₂ Emissions reports
Added PAX Boarded column to Flight Aggregated Statistics scope
Scope Flight, added a filter that allows displaying flights whose numbers start with a specified string

Added new MCP skills: trip detail retrieval, restoring deleted flights, sending flights to ForeFlight, PAX list management, airport category download, finding duplicated contacts, crew rating checks per a/c type
Tool name is now shown when approval is requested for an MCP tool
