Leon 205 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

Airport Directory

  • Added a Territory field to the airport data. This field allows you to enter the territory of the country in which the airport is located, e.g. France - Corsica, Portugal - Azores, etc. This information will be included in various areas of Leon in the future. However, in the first stage, it will be taken into account by the function when calculating VAT and MOT on fuel.

Admin

  • Added a new setting in Settings - Privileges that specifies the list of aircraft to which a given group is authorized. The new setting is called "Base aircraft" and means that users belonging to the permission group have access to all aircraft assigned to their base/office.
  • Expanded the AI Assistant functionality in Document Manager to include the ability to use Antrophic's Claude 4.5 Sonnet model.

Crew App

  • Added the ability to display FTL times in the Crew app in local time.
  • Added the ability to attach files and notes to CountryDB, which will then be available in the Crew app in flight details. This allows you to upload important country information that should be easily accessible to crews on flights to/from selected countries.

Crew

  • Certifications can be now configured to be required only for crew members of a specific age.
  • Added a daily crew location display to the Crew Calendar view. Previously, crew location could only be viewed on days without scheduled duty.

Ops

  • The validation status of the passport used by crews on a flight will be reset if the departure or arrival country changes.
  • Operators using the Hotel ADEP and Hotel ADES checklist elements will have the option to assign a hotel to these checklist elements.
  • Integration with PPS. Added a setting that allows sending the ARCID instead of the flight number.
  • A number of improvements to integration with WFS (Kinnect).
    - On the Ops - Fuel Prices page, now you will be able to choose whether to search for prices for commercial or non-commercial flights.
    - Changed the name of WFS prices. Previously, they were called World Fuel Services - Contract. Now they are called World Fuel Services - API.
    - Fixed an edge case where too few fuel prices were displayed at some airports.

Reports

  • Added a new scope to the Report Wizard called Users, which allows you to build user-based reports.

Sales

  • Added a new ETA Change scenario to the MVT Messages function, which sends a message when a flight's ETA changes.

Schedule

  • When creating a schedule in Schedule, you'll be now able to select the aircraft type for flights.

Wingman

  • Added a code interpreter tool. This tool significantly expands Wingman's capabilities for generating reports, reading, and generating files (e.g. Excel reports).
  • Expanded the flight search tool with additional filters and features. This allows Wingman to search for flights and generate reports based on them much more efficiently.
  • Improved the tools that accept aircraft registrations to correctly handle the inclusion or omission of a "-" in the registration number.
  • Added new tools:
    - A tool that provides information about the time zone, sunrise, and sunset times at a selected airport on a specific date.
    - Tool for setting the airport category and its variant (subcategory)
    - Tool for downloading fuel prices for selected flights

In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog
