Leon 209 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

Admin

• MVT Messages - Added the ability to configure MVT message sending only for flights with specific flight numbers. Wildcards can be defined to determine which flights should trigger MVT messages.
• Service Accounts & API Keys - Service Accounts can now be assigned to API keys, making it easier to identify changes performed by integrations in the data change history.

Crew

• Crew Timeline crosshair - Added a crosshair indicator to the Crew Timeline view, helping users clearly see which day and row are selected. The option can be enabled from the three-dot menu.

Crew App

• Crew data available offline - Data in the Crew tab is now accessible in offline mode.
• Hotel booking indicator in My Schedule - On days without flights or repositioning, but with an active hotel booking, a hotel icon is displayed in the calendar day cell, allowing crew members to quickly identify hotel stays.

Crew Training

• Nationality column - Added a "Nationality" column to Crew Qualifications → Travel Documents.

Marketplace - Sales

• Aircraft-specific sales documents - Added the ability to define which sales documents are available for selected aircraft.
• Block time rounding after flight time updates - Added the option to round block time after updating the flight time.

OPS

• Schedule Change Reason field - Added a configurable "Schedule Change Reason" field in the Journey Log. The available values can be configured per operator. To use this feature, please contact our Support team.

Sched - Wingman & MCP

• Improved MCP usage by Wingman - Enhanced the way Wingman uses the MCP server, resulting in faster responses and more accurate results when using MCP tools.
• Repositioning download tool - Added a tool for downloading repositioning flights.
• Trip search by trip number - Added a tool that allows Wingman to quickly find trips by their trip number.
• Advanced flight data retrieval tool - Added a new tool that retrieves flight data using multiple criteria, enabling the creation of complex flight reports.
• Latest flights by airport tools - Added dedicated tools that return the most recent flights from or to selected airports.

Reports

• Missing PAX Data report - Added a new report in the "Shared by Leon" section that highlights flights with missing PAX data.
• FTL Duty scope enhancements - Added new columns:
  • Acclimatization timezone
  • Take-offs (number)
  • Landings (number)
  • ICAO type
