Leon 212 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

OPS

  1. Added support for multiple WKC (World Kinnect Corporation) accounts for a single operator in Leon, similarly to Avinode and other integrations. Each account can now be individually named for easier identification. Configuration is available in the Admin Panel > Add-ons > WKC Configuration.
  2. Added a new Journey Log element — Aircraft Cover Fitted. This field allows users to record whether aircraft covers were installed after the operations were completed. Like other Journey Log elements, it can be enabled in Settings > Journey Log.
  3. Introduced the possibility to assign a flight to a specific operator base or office directly from the OPS module. A new field in the flight view allows operations to be linked to a selected location, improving fleet management for multi-base operators. More information here
  4. Increased the size of the AOC selection field in the Flight tab. The full AOC name is now clearly visible without the need to hover over a tooltip.
  5. Improved Ambulance trip handling — flights marked as Ambulance will no longer automatically switch to Ferry status when PAX = 0. Switching to Ferry is now only possible manually, preventing unintended status changes during rescue missions.
  6. Significantly improved passenger search performance in OPS > PAX. The previous issue caused long search times, especially for operators with large contact databases.
  7. Added the initial version of LDM - Load Distribution functionality. More information here

Crew

  1. Added a Bus option as a new reporting type in FTL settings (in addition to Private Car). This allows more accurate recording of crew transportation methods and precise reporting time calculations in compliance with FTL regulations.
  2. Added the option to disable automatic airport discontinuity (APT discontinuity) checks for selected crew members. This setting is available in the user profile under the Other tab and prevents unnecessary warnings without disabling the function globally.
  3. Displayed total block time next to each crew member’s code in Crew Timeline for the selected date range, allowing quick workload assessment without opening additional reports.
  4. Fixed an issue preventing copy/paste functionality on Crew Timeline when only a single duty was selected. The feature now works correctly regardless of the number of selected duties.
  5. Improved Crew Timeline aircraft filtering — after clicking on an aircraft, the available crew list now shows only crew members holding valid ratings and qualifications for that aircraft type.

Sales

  1. Fixed an issue where handler approval expiration notifications were being sent multiple times with errors instead of once correctly.

Marketplace

  1. Additional options in the Marketplace configuration, including the possibility of creating the Broker profile. More information here
  2. Updated results overview in the 'FIND CHARTER' window. More information here

Report Wizard

  1. Added the ability to filter and group results by aircraft AOC within the Flight Aggregated Statistics scope in the Report Wizard. This grouping method is particularly useful for operators holding multiple AOCs who need separate operational analysis.

Admin

  1. Improved the aircraft selection screen during OAuth application connection. Users can now grant access to all operator aircraft with a single click, eliminating the need to select each aircraft manually.
  2. Added the 'Admin' column in the main view in the 'Users' section. More information here
  3. Added a possibility to set up a time threshold, in minutes, for the ETD item in the Admin Panel > Checklist Configuration > Status reset rules window. If the threshold is set to a certain value, only ETD changes greater than this value will reset the checklist item status.

Phonebook

  1. Added a new contact “Category” field to contact profiles in the Phonebook, enabling better classification and organisation of contacts. More information here

Integrations

  1. Added SFTP protocol support for AMOS (MRO) data transfers, enabling secure and automated technical data exchange between Leon and AMOS.

Wingman & MCP

  1. Added a new MCP tool for retrieving FTL Sheet data of a selected crew member within a specified date range. This allows Wingman to analyse FTL/Duty distribution over extended periods.

In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog link.
