Leon 38 released

We have just started rolling out new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to .

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - new features have been introduced. More information here
• FLEET - we have introduced Virtual Aircraft option. More information here
• OPS - we have introduced the following updates: 'Endorsements' and 'Currency' are not available for the Freelance Crew in tab CREW; no 'Flight Watch' option for Simulator flights; TAH and TAC decimal format in 'Journey Log' restricted to one space after a comma; Checklist item added using '+ADD ITEM' function will have '?' status by default
• CREW PANEL - following functions have been added: an indicator of 36h extended recovery period including 2 local nights, no crew discontinuity calculations if the duty is not included in the FTL, number of PAX in the bottom route status bar
• NEW PRIVILEGES - we added 'OPS - Maintenance' option in New Privileges. This option applies to the CALENDAR and TIMELINE views and if set to 'VIEW' the user will only be able to view Maintenance and tooltip with the details will show when hovering the mouse over Maintenance. 'DENY' will remove it from the OPS view. 'OPS - Maintenance' set to 'VIEW' and 'MX' set to edit will allow editing Maintenance from the OPS view
• FLIGHT NOTIFICATIONS - we have added 'Only for airport' option. If an airport code is entered, notifications will be sent only for activities matching this given airport
• FUEL PRICES - we have added AVIAA to the list of Fuel Providers (section OPS > Fuel Prices)
• GAR - email has been added to 'CC:' dropdown section in GAR email window. This email will only apply to UK based airports
• AIRCRAFT CREW POSITIONS - we have added LoadMaster positions (LM1-LM4) and LoadMaster Instructor position (LMI) to 'Cabin Crew'. All LM positions only calculate duty time for FTL purposes
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - we have added melItemNo (MEL - Minimum Equipment List) to Available Data in the Trip Sheet. The item is located under tripsheet.aircraft.ACFT.HILs.melItemNo
• AIRPORT DIRECTORY - if the Airport Tower Hours are changed manually Leon will mark it by adding a tag 'priv' and the highlighting the header blue
• MOBILE APP - notes added to Positioning in Crew Duties will show in the Mobile App
• FTL SHEET - night/late/early duties indicators will be displayed only in one line if such duty passes the midnight
• GENERAL SETTINGS - if the 'Region' is set to 'US', SCHEDULE and the TABs will display the dates in the US date format
• API KEYS - it is now possible to edit existing 'API Keys' and update the Name, Description and Resources
