Leon 71 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to assign default sales email templates to an aircraft. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'ADD QUOTE' pop-up window will now include two additional tabs: 'CALENDAR' and 'MAP'. This will allow checking the availability of the aircraft while adding the request
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - requests added without aircraft assigned will now display the routing in the itinerary section
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Subcharter' section has been moved from the tab to the section underneath the itinerary
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to add a new Client/Representative directly from the 'New Quote' pop-up window
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - we added a new column called 'Created'. This column indicates the time and date when the request was created. The column can be activated in the 3 dots filter
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - new message will move the request to the top of the list in the 'Requests/Quotes' view and the 'Messages' section will refresh automatically
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to open the specific request in the new tab by: 1) clicking on it with the middle scroll button of the mouse; 2) by holding the left 'Ctrl' key and clicking on the left button of the mouse (or a pad)
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'MX' and 'Reservations' are now displayed in the 'CALENDAR' tab
  • CATERING - an option to send a catering request directly from Leon has been added. More information here
  • AIRPORT DIRECTORY - additional options while defining an airport note. More information here
  • FLIGHT TIME LIMITATIONS - it is now possible to apply Rest Reduction manually. More information here
  • EMAIL TEMPLATES - 'User sending email' checkbox has been added in the 'RECIPIENTS' tab in 'Fuel Requests' email templates. The checkbox is located next to the 'Reply to' box and allows automatically assign the 'Reply to' email of the logged-in user that is sending the email
  • PRIVILEGES - a new option 'Show not confirmed flights' has been added to a new tab 'Settings' in a panel 'Privileges' - if it's disabled, users will not see trip types 'Option' & 'Opportunity' in a section OPS (Table, Calendar & Timeline) and Schedule in Mobile App, as well as one, will not be able to change a trip type in a tab TRIP
  • REPORT WIZARD - Leon will show a warning on the main Wizard page if the user tries to edit a report for an aircraft he has no access to (aircraft disabled in Privileges panel).
  • REPORT WIZARD - 2 new columns are available now in scope 'Flight': APU cycles [JL], GPU [JL] & Voyage report number [JL]
  • FUEL - we have re-arranged uploading fuel files for Signature - it is now possible to upload 2 formats of Signature files: either the one with 1 rate or the one with 3 rates (depending on gallons uplifted)
  • SIMULATOR - it is now possible to add SIM duty to the aircraft available in the virtual fleet. Additionally, 2 new positions have been added: CPT2 & FO2
  • FUEL PRICES - we have added a new file uploader to the section OPS > Fuel Prices: 'Sky Services'
  • NATIONAL ID - PAX ID will show in 'Show PAX' panel as well as in a tooltip, when hovering a mouse over the PAX number, in the OPS section
  • REPORTS - a report 'Crew Duty' will now also show duty time for all non-flying duties, which are included in FTL calculations ('AOC' checked in Duties Setup panel)
  • JOURNEY LOG - a new item: 'Voyage report number' has been added - mark it in Settings > Flight Editing panel to make it a default item
