How third-party providers enhance the user experience with Leon

Providing a top-class aviation management software requires not only a great development team behind it, but also the ability to adjust flexibly to distinct requirements of the client base. Such feat cannot be achieved easily without managing the company’s resources in a most effective, methodical way.

Third Party Providers

However, the resource pool is never infinite and the increasing scale of operations may put an additional dent in the available amount of developers’ time. In our case, Leon Software has always been a great listener when it comes to the community feedback, but in order to make another step forward we knew that we have to diversify the way some customization requests are being handled. Hence, we have decided to invite a number of expert software companies as partners, to work with us on custom developments.

Introducing Leon’s third-party providers

In our communication we have stressed many times how important role the user-driven customization plays in the development of Leon. Thanks to the introduction of our new API as well as through a number of features, allowing our community to customize Leon according to their requirements (via customizable document templates, customizable emails, reports and so much more), we have created a sustainable, healthy environment for future stages of the development process.

"This process will allow our development team to focus on the most crucial tasks, while giving our customers another option for handling future custom developments. We find it as close to the win-win situation as possible for everyone involved.”

PAWEŁ KRUK, CEO OF LEON SOFTWARE

Now we are adding the last piece of the puzzle by introducing partnerships with other tech-savvy companies, providing an essential support to our core consulting services. Above all, this means that the most in-demand customizations may be subcontracted to Leon’s third-party providers, who can work independently on those tasks, freeing up the potential of Leon internal team.

“We are excited to welcome Globe Group and GMI as our partners and providers of custom services,” said Paweł Kruk, CEO of Leon Software. “This process will allow our development team to focus on the most crucial tasks, while giving our customers another option for handling future custom developments. We find it as close to the win-win situation as possible for everyone involved, letting us to improve the user experience with Leon even further.”
