Leon 112 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

REQUEST/QUOTES - for flights booked from sales module, 'Messages' tab will now list MVT messages sent and replies received
FEES - new aircraft fee 'CO2 Emission' will be added allowing additional cost calculation of CO2 emission per each tone of used fuel on a booked trip, multiplied by the factor 3.157. The emission will be calculated based on Block Time
REQUEST/QUOTES - for subcharters, in addition to Refurbishment date exterior, Refurbishment date interior field synchronized with Avinode will be added
REQUEST/QUOTES - the page will get optimized in terms of processing speed. Switching between quote statuses and sending quotes will now work faster
REQUEST/QUOTES - after hitting SAVE & BACK button the previously opened quote will get briefly highlighted in the list of quotes saving the need to search and scroll

SCHED

Possibility to modify multiple trips will get implemented. More information here

OPS

FW - it will now be possible to see changes history of flight watch data added from OPS and BOOKINGS sections
TABLE - sales assignee will show when hovering the mouse over the column 'Q'
HANDLING REQUESTS - in HR settings possibility to configure requests to be either sent from flight operator or user operator mailbox. This functionality is mainly dedicated to flights support accounts
TABLE - a new warning will appear in Aircraft Type column if a particular crew member has restriction note added in Staffing Plan section in crew full profile page. The note's info will be visible in the tooltip
SHOW SCHEDULE - message recipients will be taken from Email Templates configuration

CREW

CREW CURRENCY - new single pilot currency will be added, allowing configuration of number of landings & take offs in specified amount of days
CREW PROFILE - in a tab 'Experience' additional fields will be added: 'Dual Flights' field allowing to insert number of training flights with instructor, and 'PICUS Flights' field for number of PIC flights under supervision

REPORT WIZARD

SCOPE FLIGHT - new columns with crew position types
SCOPE PAX FLIGHT - new filtering options and columns PAX by Travel Document Country & Travel Document Nationality for ADEP & ADES
SCOPE TRIP - new columns: STD of first leg, End date & STA of the last leg will be added

OTHER

MVT EMAIL TEMPLATES - inactive aircraft will be deleted from this section
MVT EMAIL TEMPLATES - a new checkbox 'Owner' will be added allowing sending MVT messages to aircraft owners
NEW PHONEBOOK - a new tab 'Files' will be added to the contact window edition allowing upload of documents up to 10mb
EDIT PERSON - in a tab 'Documents' possibility to define default PAX ID will be implemented. The system will allow to mark either default passport or National ID. Once selected, it will apply to all future flights already inserted in Leon
PRIVILEGES - additional access read-only for MX-Fleet & MX-Fleet Documents will be added
