Leon 116 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - the search engine performance in the Requests/Quotes section will be improved. Implementation will start on the 11th of July
• QUOTE BOOK status - it will be possible to define if the trip should be booked as commercial, or non-commercial or if it should be based on a default trip type. This option will be available in the 'BOOK' pop-up window
• QUOTE BOOK status - it will be possible to define the Trip Type when booking the request
• QUOTE OPTION status- it will be possible to select the 'Due date' when setting a request to the 'OPTION' status. More information here
• QUOTE - for requests with multiple quotes, the edited quote will be selected as a default one when sending the offers to the Client ('QUOTE' status)
• QUOTE - 'Automatically update quote on schedule change' functionality will be introduced. More information here

OPS

• TIMELINE & CALENDAR - clearer indication of 'Option' flights will be introduced
• OPS CHECKLIST - destination country of a flight will be automatically populated in the LANDING PERMIT(S)
• EMAIL HISTORY - a possibility to check the history of emails sent via Mailbox in the OPS panel - such emails will be displayed in a new tab 'Messages' (in the sending email window). Fuel Orders and emails sent from OPS Checklist will be included

CREW

• FLEET - 'Additional ICAO' field will be added to the 'Basic tab in the Fleet setup. This field will allow inserting additional ICAO Codes for Aircraft Home Bases. 'Additional ICAO' airports will be considered in FTL Calculations (subject to OMA part 7 regulations)
• CREW ENDORSEMENTS - a checkbox 'Also apply to freelancers' will be added to define if a particular endorsement is required for freelancers

OWNER BOARD

• The aircraft list will be presented in the alphabetical order
• A possibility to change the layout between Horizontal and Vertical will be added, change can be made in the 'three-dot filter' in the upper right corner
• The possibility of folding and unfolding the flight information will be added. Left mouse button click on a particular flight will apply the change

CREW MOBILE APPLICATION

• The possibility to download all documents for a particular day, by clicking on the 'Documents' button in the 'My Schedule' section, will be added. Downloaded documents will be ready to use in offline mode
• It will be possible to fill in the Flight Watch in the Crew App in the 'MVT' tab. More information here
• In the FLIGHT tab on a particular flight, the behaviour of the 'Airport Brief' document link will be changed. The link will appear only if the document is uploaded and saved in the Airport Directory

OTHER

• NEW PHONEBOOK - it will be possible to create a new label in the User profile, the 'Label' field
• REPORT WIZARD - additional columns in the 'Quote' scope will be added: 'Sum flight time ferry [Quote]', 'Sum flight time PAX [Quote]', 'Sum flight time [Quote]', 'Sum flight time [JL]', 'Sum flight time ferry [JL]', 'Sum flight time PAX [JL]', 'Sum flight time cargo [Quote]', 'Sum flight time cargo [JL]'
• REPORT WIZARD - a new column with the scope name will be visible in the main view with the reports list
• USER PROFILE - Vaccinations - fields to enter the date of the 4th and the 5th dose will be added
• The following sections will be connected to Mailboxes: Endorsement notifications, Crew Duties change, Crew Duty Requests
