Leon 117 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Ferry Flight Time' and 'PAX Flight Time' values will be displayed in the 'Quote' column. The values will be located next to the aircraft registration. By hovering the mouse over the values, the following information is displayed: 'Ferry flight time/PAX flight time, ratio value'. Ratio value calculated as 'Ferry flight time/PAX flight time x 100%'
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to select the Leon user emails from the dropdown in the CC and BCC fields in the sales emails. In order to appear on the dropdown list a Leon user has to be assigned to the Operator, 'Account' field, in a User profile
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to see the changes history of the quoted price. The options will be available in two places: by the 'DELETE QUOTE' button and by clicking on the final price indication changes (green/red arrow next to the final Operator price)
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - only the messages received from the Client will be included in the unread messages count in the 'Messages' column in the main 'Requests/Quotes' view. The count will exclude sent messages
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - indications of 'Commercial/Non-Commercial' trip and the trip status will be introduced. More information here
• FEES - new fees will be added to the Airport Fees: 'PAX Minimum Arrival Fee' (renamed from the 'Minimum PAX Fee') and 'PAX Minimum Departure Fee'. The fees will be calculated as an amount multiplied by the number of flights with PAX within the request
• MySky - the following improvements will be introduced: 1) after the price calculation is received from MySky, it will be possible to select whether the MySky or Leon calculations should be used; 2) if MySky price is selected the additional 'Open in MySky' button will appear
• ComplyTeq - apart from the Client/PAX travel document details, Leon will also receive the scans of the document. Both the details and the scans of the travel document will be saved in the Client/PAX profile in the New Phonebook

OPS

• JOURNEY LOG - new elements will be added: 'Hangar' and 'Hangar note'. Both elements can be activated in the 'Flight Editing' section. Both elements will be available in the Report Wizard > scope 'Flights'
• JOURNEY LOG - new elements will be added: 'Pallets loaded' and 'Pallets unloaded'. They will allow to insert and track the count of pallets loaded to and unloaded from the aircraft. Both elements will be available in the Report Wizard > scope 'Flights'
• PAX - an aircraft PAX capacity warning in the OPS-TABLE and OPS-CALENDAR will not take 'Infants' into consideration, e.g. if the aircraft capacity indicated in the fleet equals 10 and there are 11 PAX assigned to the flight, one of which is an infant, the warning will not be triggered
• FLEET - it will be possible to select the integration with Eurocontrol for a specific aircraft. More information here
• OPS TABLE - the progress of the Flight Watch will be indicated in the 'FW&JL' column. More information here
• OPS CALENDAR - crew change based on duty will include the roster changes made in the 'Draft' mode. These changes will be indicated by the crew displayed on the pink stripe

CREW

• CREW CALENDAR - an indication of days selected on a temporary assignment will be introduced. The days with temporary assignments will be displayed in white colour, subject to duties assigned on those days. All other days where the temporary assignment is not available will be displayed in grey colour
• CREW CALENDAR - further optimization of the operating speed. Scrolling should load the details quicker
• ENDORSEMENTS - it will be possible to preview the history of changes of a selected endorsement on the endorsement list
• AOC WARNING - Leon will trigger a warning if the crew AOC is different from the AOC on the assigned flight
• CREW TIMELINE - the validity of 'Crew Endorsements', including Passports, will also be checked when assigning crew to the flights in the 'Assign flight crew' window

OTHER

• NEW PHONEBOOK - it will be possible to permanently delete and anonymize contacts. More information here
• NEW PHONEBOOK - new tab 'Flights' will be added to the Contact profile. More information here
• MULTILEG - 'Multi-leg requests' module will be activated for all the operators. Any feedback will be appreciated and can be sent to
• REPORT WIZARD - new column 'Trip link' will be added to the scope 'Flights'. The column will contain the link to the trip which can be clicked on in the non-editable version of the report
• REPORT WIZARD - 'Aircraft status' filter will be added in the scope 'Flight'. It will allow filtering by 'Active' and 'Not active' aircraft
• FW/MVT MESSAGES - fields related to fuel in FW will be added to the 'TAG' list in the 'MVT Messages' templates
• FLIGHT NOTIFICATIONS - 'Notify about crew document changes' and 'Notify about PAX document changes' options will be added in the Flight Notifications settings. Both options will be available in the new 'Travel Documents' tab
