Leon 118 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

OPS

• MULTI-LEG REQUESTS - 'ADD TO EXISTING REQUEST' functionality will search for surrounding flights within the +/-28 days period
• MULTI-LEG REQUESTS - 'ADEP' and 'ADES' labels will be replaced by the airport codes in the 'SELECT SUPPLIERS' pop-up window
• JOURNEY LOG - new element called 'Take off weight' will be added to the Journey Log items list. The unit will be based on the aircraft weight unit settings. The 'Take off weight' element will also be available in the Report Wizard > scope 'Flight'

CREW

• ENDORSEMENTS - the full history of changes to the endorsement details will be available in the CREW > 'Endorsements' section upon clicking on the 'History' label
• SIMULATOR - it will be possible to manually update the 'Report on' and the 'Report off' times. Both reporting fields are located under the 'LDG'/'BLON' fields in the Simulator window

SALES

• CONTACT PROFILE - it will be possible to indicate if the contact should be a Representative of the Client by assigning the contact to an 'Account' and checking the 'Is Representative' checkbox in the contact profile
• SUBCHARTER - 'Aircraft Documents' tab will be added to the Subcharter details in the quote edit section. More information here
• PAX - PAX labels will appear in the PAX flight assignment sections in 'OPS' and 'REQUESTS/QUOTES' modules
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to select the OPS view, either 'TABLE', 'CALENDAR', or 'TIMELINE' when hovering the mouse over the 'SHOW IN OPS' button in the edit quote section. The selection made will be remembered by the system
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - new checkbox 'Open in new tab' will be available in the 'NEW QUOTE' pop-up window. This option is located in the bottom-left corner of the 'NEW QUOTE' pop-up window. If the checkbox is selected, the new request will be created and opened in the new tab of the browser
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to download the requests from Avinode manually. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - the 'Cancellation reason' and the 'Canceled by' (Buyer/Seller) information will be indicated on a cancelled request in the edit quote section. The reason will appear upon hovering the mouse over the 'CANCEL' status button
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it will be possible to select if the request should be a 'One Way or Multi Leg', or 'Round Trip' trip in the 'NEW QUOTE' pop-up window. More information here

CREW APP

• DUTY REQUESTS - it will be possible to indicate the timeframes of requested duty
• DUTY REQUESTS - it will be possible to preview the status of the requested duty: Accepted, Rejected, Pending
• DELAY CODE - it will be possible to search for the 'Delay Code' in the 'MVT' and 'JL' tabs by its name

NEW PHONEBOOK

• It will be possible to filter by labels assigned to contacts

REPORT WIZARD

• SCHEDULE REPORT - 'Don't send empty reports' option will be introduced in the 'SCHEDULE REPORT' pop-up window. This option will allow excluding empty reports from being automatically sent
• FILTER - 'Crew Member Status: Active, Not Active, Deleted' filtering option will be introduced in the following scopes: Crew Roster, Vaccinations, Travel Documents, Hotel Bookings, and Crew Flights
• SCOPE 'FLIGHT' - the following will be added: 1) 'Files links [JL]' column presenting a link to the file uploaded in the 'Journey Log'; 2) 'Has added files [JL]' filter with the options 'Yes'/'No' allowing to filter the flights with the files added in the 'Journey Log'
• SCOPE 'CREW ROSTER' - 'Aircraft Type [ICAO]' column will be added. The column will list the aircraft types assigned to duty in the CREW CALENDAR section

OTHER

• SCHED - new rotation type called 'fourweekly' will be added. It will allow the creation of schedules with the flights repeated every 4 weeks
• DOCUMENTS SETUP - the 'General Settings' subsection located in the 'DOCUMENTS SETUP' section will be removed
• FLEET DOCUMENTS - it will be possible to connect the 'Fleet Documents Email Notifications' to the 'Mailboxes'. The active 'Mailbox' configured email or '' are the only emails available in the dropdown in the 'From:' field in the 'Fleet Documents Email Notifications' pop-up window
• CREW PROFILE - it will be possible to preview the aircraft registration to which the crew is directly assigned. This information will be located in the Full user edit > tab 'Basic' in the 'AC Registration' subsection
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - it will be possible to automatically generate the name of the PDF document when downloading it. The name of the PDF can be defined in the 'FILENAME' tab in the document template editing section
