Leon 223 released

We have recently initiated the deployment of a new version of Leon. Over the next coming days, customers will gradually transition to the updated version. If you encounter any functions that are not working as expected, please notify us via the Customer Portal.

Important Notices

• Starting July 1st, anonymous ticket submissions will no longer be supported in the Customer Portal. All users will be required to log in before submitting a support request. If you haven't registered yet, please create an account at Customer Portal.

Admin

• Settings are being gradually migrated from the old General Settings to the new settings view. The Flight Editing tile in Settings has been renamed to OPS Settings. The MVT email and the configuration window for OPS Timeline markers were recently moved there. More information here.
• The simplified user edit view (Settings > Users) has been expanded. The main tab now includes a Crew ID field, and the MISC tab has new fields: Airport ID, Laptop Device, and Drug Test (Yes/No). All new fields are also available as columns for the Users scope in Report Wizard.

Crew

• The Assign Crew window on Crew Timeline has been enhanced with support for the "Can only see crews assigned directly to the aircraft" permission. When this restriction is enabled for a user, they will only see crew members directly assigned to aircraft they have access to when assigning crew — rather than all crew members rated on the type.
• Two new hotel booking statuses have been added in Crew Timeline: PENDING and TO BE REQUESTED, allowing for more precise tracking of accommodation arrangement stages.
• A "Rank" column has been added to the Crew Travel view, showing the highest rating of a crew member on the aircraft within a given group (e.g. CPT). The column is available in all tabs except Logs.
• A visual indicator for FDP+ recalculation has been added — after clicking the FDP+ button, a loading mask is now shown, making it clear that the system is recalculating limits without needing to guess whether the click registered.

Crew App

• The Crew tab in Crew App now displays crew members' dates of birth, similar to what was already available for passengers.

Crew Training

• A new Mailing Rules option has been added for Crew Certificates: "All certificates" — a rule can now cover all certificates (in which case newly created certificates are added automatically) or only selected ones. Newly created certificates will no longer be automatically added to rules that have a manually restricted list.
• Certificate synchronization with Centrik has been improved — after removing a user's label controlling sync scope and clicking "Reset Integration Data," certificates originating from Centrik are now cleared automatically, without manual intervention.

MX

• A history of deleted MX entries has been added in the Scheduled Maintenance section. Deleted entries are no longer permanently gone — a new filter allows them to be displayed, and a Status column indicates their state. More information here.
• The manually generated AMOS export report (REPORTS > MX > AMOS export) now supports a fixed flight number, consistent with the automatic AMOS integration. The fixed flight number can be entered directly in the report filter.

OPS

• Flight-saving warning configuration has been expanded with a "per flight base" mode. Instead of a single configuration for the whole operator, each base can now have its own settings. More information here.
• A new "Missing landing" scenario has been added to MVT Messages. A message is sent if the landing time hasn't been entered 15 minutes after the reference time (ETA, or STA if ETA is unavailable), mirroring the existing logic for missing take-off times. More information here.
• A new "Crew" option has been added to "Show in footer" in OPS Calendar — the flight's bottom bar can now display crew codes (cockpit/cabin separated by a slash), with a tooltip showing crew member details on hover.
• Two new approach types have been added to the Enabled approaches list: "Steep approach" and "FGV". Both are disabled by default and can be enabled in Settings.
• Flight Brief document generation has been optimized for trips with a very large number of legs (20 or more) — previously, generating such documents could time out.

Phonebook

• Exporting duplicate contacts now creates entries in the Phonebook export history, just like a regular Excel export.

Sales

• An issue has been fixed where changing the airport in an RFQ route and adding an aircraft caused the new quotation to be created with the old airport.
• An intermittent issue with an empty email template when sending quotations has been fixed — occasionally the default template wouldn't load automatically, resulting in the customer receiving a message without the quotation attachment. Form loading has been synchronized so the default template is now always selected.
• The saving of aircraft filters has been fixed — the combination of a selected label and all aircraft wasn't being correctly restored after refreshing the view (RFQ list, Bookings, user list).
• A tooltip showing the Day Note content has been added on the calendar in the RFQ creation window — previously this tooltip was only visible on the quotation editing calendar.

Wingman and MCP

• A new MCP tool has been added that returns FTL violations for a selected crew member within a given date range (up to one month), including the type of violation and comments — for use by AI assistants connected to Leon MCP.

In addition to the features mentioned above, changes have been made to Leon API, which can be reviewed in the provided changelog.
