Leon 41 released

• CREW PANEL - it is now possible to accept or decline requested duties
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - a new item 'DISCOUNT' has been added to the list of fees
• DOCUMENT MANAGER - additional items included in the Available data for Flight Order
• E-MAIL TEMPLATES - new templates have been added: FUEL ORDER & QUOTE INVOICE
• OPS - trip history now available in UTC/LT/BT
• OPS - 'CAMO close to limit' caution added in the SHOW filter (...)
• MYHANDLING INTEGRATION - additional data included in the handling requests (passport expiry date)
