Leon 63 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - we introduced a possibility of applying default VAT rate and other features. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Sales checklist' available at the stage of creating the request, including requests on Sub-charters. This feature will be available in the second week after the release of the new version of Leon
• OPS - it is now possible to close the Journey Log. More information here
• CREW CALENDAR - we added a possibility to filter by 'AOC' and other features. More information here
• MOBILE APP - we have added a 'Weekly Rest' indication in 'My Schedule' view. More information here
• HANDLING REQUESTS - the date in the Handling Request email subject is now displayed in the Local Time of the airport to which HR is sent
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Show' filter has been added to the 'Requests' list view. It allows filtering requests by either all or only unread comments
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - we have added a confirmation pop-up when deleting a fee item from the quotation
• SALES FEES - we have added the following Aircraft Fees: 'CPT cost fee' and 'FO cost fee'. These fees are calculated in exactly the same way as 'Crew cost fee'
• SCHED - we have added 'Commercial' dropdown option to 'New Schedule' function. It allows selecting a commercial or non-commercial type of operation when creating the new schedule
• OPS CALENDAR - cargo value will now be displayed within the flight tile for the operators that use either 'Cargo' or 'PAX & Cargo' trip edit schemes
• OPS CHECKLIST - we have added an additional field called 'Requested' to 'FUEL' checklist item. It is possible to include value inserted in this field in 'Fuel Order' email by editing 'Fuel Order email template' and using available data located under fuelOrder.flights.checklist
• REPORT WIZARD - we have added the following columns in the scope 'Flight': 1) adding TAH and TAC columns per engine ('TAH Engine' and 'TAC Engine'); 2) 'Defueling quantity [kg/lbs/L/US Gal]' which contains a value of defuelled fuel; 3) 'Status [JL]' which indicates whether the Journey Log is opened or closed; 4) 'Refueling quantity [kg/lbs]; 5) 'Flight time [Plan/FW/JL][DEC]' and 'Block time [Plan/FW/JL][DEC]' which provides time values converted to decimals
• REPORT WIZARD - we have added the following filtering options: 1) 'Assignee' in scope 'Quote'; 2) 'Status [JL]' in scope flight - filtering by opened or closed JL's
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - we have added the following to Available data in 'Flight Order'document: 1) crewFDP section located under trip.crewFDP; 2) 'catBBriefCompleted' located under trip.flights.journeyLog
• REPORTS - we have added 'Aircraft type' in the filter in 'Flights Statistics' > 'Network Departures' report
• EMAIL TEMPLATES - 'Overflight' and 'Landing Permit' email templates will now contain by default Crew and PAX details. We also implemented default 'Landing' and 'Overflight Permit' templates for Russia and Belarus
