Leon 65 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - we added a possibility of searching for subcharter flights in Avinode. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - we added a possibility of cloning requests. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - we added a possibility of messaging between Leon and Avinode. More information here
  • REQUESTS/QUOTES - we have introduced changes to schedule edition. More information here
  • CREW CALENDAR - we have added an option of assigning crew to flights directly from Crew Calendar. More information here
  • CREW CALENDAR - we have added an option of showing/hiding freelancers. More information here
  • CREW TIMELINE - it is possible to copy & paste duties - mark duties for the selected period of time (use Shift or Ctrl keys), right-click and select 'Copy Duties', then right-click on the day from which duties should be added and select 'Paste Duties'. This functionality excludes copying duties on the aircraft and will not work if new duty is overlapping existing duty.
  • CREW MOBILE APP - mobile app users can now check the history of changes for a selected flight - in My Schedule part of the app, select a day on the calendar, and either click the clock-icon on the selected day or click that icon on the menu bar - Leon will show the information about the roster changes on the day
  • FLEET - an option to define 'RFF Category FAA' for the aircraft is now available - edit the aircraft profile and in a tab OPS define 'RFF Category FAA', which will show on Handling Requests sheet. 'RFF Category FAA' will also be editable in 'Airport Directory' panel. In OPS Leon will show a warning if the category defined in 'Airport Directory' is lower (i.e. cat 'C') the one defined for the aircraft (i.e. cat 'D') - as long as the warning is turned on in the 3-dot filter
  • FUEL - we have added a new fuel suppliers: AirBP, AML Global & Mixjet, for direct fuel ordering from Leon (panel OPS, tab FUEL)
  • RESERVATION - we have added a new checkbox in 'Reservation' window: 'Allow overlapping flights' - if it's marked, Leon will not show any warnings if any reservation overlaps flights
  • ENDORSEMENTS - it is possible to define the validity of crew endorsements in days
  • REPORT WIZARD - when creating a new report, it will be possible to categorize it - categories are OPS, Crew, Flight Statistics, MX, Reports for Authorities, Sales & Custom. In the main Wizard page, it is possible to search for a particular report by typing its name in a field 'My reports' or use a drop-down list 'Category'. Also, new columns have been added to scope 'Flights Aggregated Statistics': Cargo JL Average & Cargo JL Sum (in KG and LBS)
  • GENDEC - a new GenDec layout for UK operators is now ready to be added to the list of documents - in the panel Documents Manager click 'New Template', select 'GenDec UK', save and publish the document
  • OPS - we have added a 'Flight Log' option to the left filter (tab MORE) - it is correlated with the Journey Log item 'Flight Log'
  • PRIVILEGES - in a tab 'Aircraft' you can now enable/disable viewing flights not assigned to aircraft and flights on virtual tails - if the checkbox 'Not assigned/Virtual aircraft' is unmarked, the user will not be able to see the virtual fleet in SCHED and OPS panels
  • MAINTENANCE - it is now possible to mark if the scheduled maintenance is open or completed - in the main 'Scheduled Maintenance' page you can also find a filter option to view either all scheduled maintenances, only open or only completed
  • REPORTS - a report 'Schedule' (reports group 'Flights Statistics') has now an option in the filter to show or hide scheduled maintenance
  • PAX - it is now possible to preview passenger passport scan directly from PAX tab. If a passenger added to a flight has a passport scan uploaded in the profile, the link to this file will show underneath the passport details in PAX tab (both in 'OPS' view and 'Requests/Quotes' view)
