Leon 66 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

• REQUESTS/QUOTES - rejecting the request directly from the list of quotes has been implemented. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - empty leg requests from Avinode now available in Leon. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - it is now possible to sort requests by 'Itinerary' column. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - inserting the time values in the request edition without having to use a colon ':' is now possible
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - aircraft assigned to perform the request in the request edition section will now be highlighted with the aircraft colour (set in the aircraft edition panel)
• ADD-ONS - an integration with 'Flightdocs' software has been implemented - please contact Leon Support Team if you want to test it
• CREW CALENDAR - it is possible to copy duties from one crew to another - this functionality works in the same way as in Crew Timeline: mark duties for the selected period of time (use Shift or Ctrl), right-click and select 'Copy Duties', then right-click on the day from which duties should get copied and select 'Paste Duties'. This functionality excludes copying duties on the aircraft and will not work if new duties are overlapping existing duties
• REPORT WIZARD - new options available: 1) a new report 'Uplift by Airport' has been added - it can be generated from the main Wizard page, section 'Reports shared by Leon'; 2) a new date range options have been added to the drop-down in the calendar: 'Next day' & 'Next 7 days'; 3) 3 new columns available in a scope 'Flight': 'Initial aircraft registration', 'Initial aircraft type' & 'Last aircraft change [UTC]'
• MOBILE APP - with the update of Mobile app, it will be possible to show/hide weekly rest, displayed in blue in 'My Calendar' view (option available in the filter)
• PASSPORTS - a possibility to upload multiple scans to PAX or Crew passport section is now available
• DOCUMENTS MANAGER - we have added the following available data in Tripsheet and Flight Order: 1) flight time in FDP calculated from STD minus Taxi out to STA minus Taxi in (T/O to LND in JL inserted) and located under crewFDP.cockpitCrew.FDP.flight_time_in_FDP; 2) number of sectors in FDP located under crewFDP.cockpitCrew.FDP.sector_count (for number of sectors including increase due to timezone difference) or crewFDP.cockpitCrew.FDP.real_sector_count (for number of sectors in one FDP)
• VIRTUAL FLEET - it is possible to add 'Passenger Reservation Booking Designator' value to virtual fleet
• OPS - a new trip type 'Aircraft repositioning' has been added to the tab 'TRIP' and to the left filter
• CARGO - Leon will mark a cargo flight as 'Ferry' only if both 'PAX' and 'Cargo' are set to '0' in trip edition panel
