Leon 74 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

• ADD-ONS - we're now integrated with DocuSign. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - fuel stop airport is now highlighted. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - when adding fuel stop, Leon will indicate the length of the longest runway for each of the suggested airports
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - changes history has been added to the edit page of the quotation. More information here
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - if the trip is updated with new aircraft tail, which has default flight number assigned in Settings > Fleet, the flight number will be re-generated by the system
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - the rejected quote will now be automatically assigned to the user who rejects the quote
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'SHOW STATISTICS' has been improved: the graph legend has been added and 'Route statistics' section also shows quotes with the status 'QUOTED'
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - new column DISTANCE (in NM) has been added to the request edit page
• REQUESTS/QUOTES - 'Summary row' has been added to the itinerary in edit quote section. It provides a summary of the following columns: 'Block time', 'Flight time' and 'GCD[NM]'
• DOCUMENTS - a new document 'PAX TICKET' has been added. The document can be customized and activated in Documents Manager panel and accessed in OPS section
• CREW CALENDAR - day off violations will now be indicated with red exclamation mark icon. Hovering over the icon will trigger a tooltip with relevant info. More information here
• CREW CALENDAR - it is now possible to send out Roster Email Notifications from Crew > Calendar. It will use the same email template as Crew Timeline
• SSIM FILE EXPORT - it is now possible to configure what trip types should be exported to DCS & PSS systems. More information here
• SSIM FILE EXPORT - automatic upload to FTP servers has been implemented
• OPS - file upload is now possible in the tab FLIGHT below the notes sections
• OPS - file upload has been added to the Catering, Fuel, and Permit Requests pop up windows
• OPS - additional items have been added to the JL section called 'Push back' and 'Crew Transport'. Also, these items are available in Report Wizard - scope 'Flight' with options 'YES'/'NO'
• FUEL PRICES - a new fuel supplier EVEREST FUEL has been added
• REPORTS - it is now possible to filter crew members by Labels in 'Crew Duties' Report
• SAFELOG - IFR (Instrument) column is now included in the export to Safelog
• FTL - crew members with AOC 'Not Applicable' marked in the profile page will be excluded from any FDP calculation
