Leon Software Announces Integration with VOCUS FlightRisk to Enhance Aviation Safety

Warsaw – Leon Software is pleased to announce a new integration with FlightRisk, the advanced risk assessment system available on the VOCUS Safety Intelligence Platform. This integration enables Leon operators to automatically generate objective flight risk assessments based on real operational data, helping aviation teams make more informed safety decisions before every flight.

FlightRisk is designed to identify the hazards and mitigation procedures most relevant to a specific flight. Unlike traditional subjective hazard scoring systems such as Flight Risk Assessment Tools (FRATs), FlightRisk relies on published regulations, operational procedures, and industry rules to produce consistent and objective assessments.

By connecting Leon with the VOCUS platform, operators can automatically synchronize operational data – including crew assignments, aircraft tail information, flight legs, and duty schedules – directly with FlightRisk. When flights are created, modified, or removed in Leon, the schedule is automatically updated in the FlightRisk system, where each flight is assessed using built-in safety rules as well as any custom rules defined by the operator.

Schedulers, dispatchers, pilots, and managers can easily review risk assessments through the FlightRisk schedule page within the VOCUS application, ensuring that safety awareness is integrated into the operational planning process.
