Leon 102 released

We have just started rolling out a new version of Leon. Over the next few days, customers will be gradually switched to a new version of Leon. If you find a function not working as expected, please write an e-mail to

SALES

• It will be possible to include Ferry flights in the 'Flight Brief' document by ticking the checkbox next to the flight in the 'Send Flight Brief' document window
• It will be possible to create the 'Option' type trip by clicking on the 'Create non-confirmed trip in OPS module' checkbox in the 'Send document: Charter Agreement' pop-up window. More information here
• 'Summary' tab will be added to the edit request right-hand side section. More information here

OPS

• It will be possible to send flights from Leon to ARINC Direct. More information here
• It will be possible to manually insert the routing in the 'Overflight Permit' pop-up window. Based on this routing, it will be possible to populate the list of countries for Overflight Permit. More information here
• 'SOLD FERRY FLIGHTS' indication will be added to the tooltip in the 'OPS Calendar' view (hovering the mouse over the Scheduled Time or the Airport code). It will inform if there are flights sold as 'Ferry flights' within a specific request booked from 'Requests/Quotes
• 'Assignee' to the request for quote will be displayed in the 'TRIP' tab in the OPS views once the quote is booked (displayed as 'Sales assignee')
• 'Low-level spray' checkbox will be added to the Journey Log in the 'FW&JL' tab. This checkbox indicates whether the low-level/spray flight was performed and can be activated in the 'Flight editing' > 'Journey Log Items' section. Additionally, the 'Low-level spray' column and the filter will be added to the 'Report Wizard' scope 'Flight'
• 'Wi-Fi' checkbox will be added as an option to the 'Journey Log' (activated in the 'Flight editing' > 'Journey Log Items' section). This is to indicate if Wi-Fi was used on the flight. Additionally, 'Wi-Fi [JL]' column will be added to the 'Report Wizard' > scope 'Flight'

CREW

• CREW CALENDAR - 'Activity details' pop-up window will also display the crew assigned to the flights performed on a specific day in the 'CREW' column

REPORT WIZARD

• SCOPE 'PAX FLIGHT' - the following columns will be added : "Client name' and 'Client code'. Additionally, the 'Client' filtering option will be added

NEW PHONEBOOK

• The new tab 'Persons' will be added to the contact details. The tab will display the names, work email, and work phone of the contacts assigned to the account

OTHER

• FLEET - 'Toilet' will be added to the list of 'Amenities' in the 'SALES' tab in the aircraft profile
• FLEET - 'MX Supervisor' field will be added to the aircraft profile. The field will allow indicating the person responsible for the technical condition (airworthiness) of the aircraft. The 'MX Supervisor' information will display in the OPS views when hovering the mouse over the registration of the aircraft
• FLEET - 'Basic operating weight [kg/lbs]' field will be added to the 'BASIC' tab in the aircraft profile
• FLEET - the following fields will be added to the 'OPS' tab in the aircraft profile: 'Min holding fuel', 'Min alternate fuel', and 'Min contingency fuel'
• MVT MESSAGES - PAX count will be added to the MVT in case it's added in FW, regardless "Ferry" status of the flight
• AMOS EXPORT - additional file format will be added. The second format will allow exporting planned flights to the file which subsequently can be uploaded to AMOS servers. The file format can be switched in the filter within the report (options 'Planned flights' or 'Executed flights')
• PRIVILEGES - 'Show sales-related information in OPS' option in the Privileges 'SETTINGS" tab will restrict the view of the following columns in the OPS section: 'Client' and 'Quotation added'
